Construction Supervisor

The Construction Supervisor will oversee and coordinate daily activities, ensure adherence to project plans and schedules, manage a team of workers, ensure safety and quality standards are met, and report progress to management. The Supervisor will also collaborate with other stakeholders, participate in project meetings, and provide technical guidance and support as needed.

Requirements:

• Strong leadership and supervisory skills

• Experience in Oil and Gas construction or engineering projects

• Knowledge of fabrication, steel structures, and piping systems

• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team and motivate team members

• Knowledge of safety regulations and practices

• Proficiency in project management software and tools

• Relevant certifications or qualifications in Oil and Gas construction or engineering
